Established 1948 by Dr. Hector Perez Garcia, an Army Veteran Medical Doctor, the American GI Forum is the largest Federally Chartered Hispanic Veterans organization in the United States with Chapters in 40 States and Puerto Rico.

I want to thank the National Executive Board for the outstanding work they have been involved with since our National Conference in Corpus Christi. We have been doing a considerable amount of supportive and cooperative work with the goal of enhancing the positive image of the American GI Forum of the United States.
